Nik completed his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Manitoba and his Master's of Science in Structural Engineering at the University of Toronto. His post-graduate studies focused on earthquake engineering and he is a member of ACI and ASCE. When not at work, Nik and his wife enjoy spending time with their son and daughter, the rest of their family, and friends. He has played soccer all of his life and is passionate about sports and music. Nik is an active member of the Greek Community of Winnipeg.

Henry graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. With over fourteen years of industry experience, he has designed over 200 projects. He is proficient in multi-family residential, commercial, and industrial projects. In his free time, Henry enjoys playing the guitar, photography, hiking, and travelling. 

Andrew Meads, P. Eng. has over eight years of experience in detailed design, on-site assessments, and project coordination.  Andrew has been involved in a wide variety of projects related to underground mining and heavy industrial operations, agricultural facilities, and commercial and residential buildings.

He has over 20 years of experience in designing electrical systems for buildings and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and National Building Code (NBC). Skilled in problem-solving, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance, with proven expertise in project management and team leadership.

A licensed Professional Engineer in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario, Amir is dedicated to driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions. His approach to projects is rooted in collaboration and forward-thinking design, recognizing that the challenges we address today in our local communities shape the success of our global future

Tanya has her Specialist Degree in Structural Design (Honours). She started her career journey 15 years ago as an Interior Designer and moved to the structural side. Her structural experience includes steel structures, residential, multi-family homes, and apartment buildings. She is a Revit advocate and 3D modeling and BIM approach is her passion both professionally and personally. She is versatile and able to quickly pick up new skills and stay current in the fast-changing design field.

Liberato Garces is an EIT, specializing as an electrical drafter and future designer. 

She is based in Victoria and work on the design, coordination, inspections, and reporting of projects on Vancouver Island. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia. Outside of work, she enjoys driving, exploring the outdoors through hiking, and unwinding by the beach.  

Gabe graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is an EIT under EGBC. His favorite classes in university were concrete and wood design and has a great interest in furthering his knowledge about mass timber. He is eager to apply his skills and contribute to CEE’s multi-family residential projects. He is committed to continuous learning and is looking forward to growing in the field as he works towards his professional licensure. In his free time, Gabe enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with friends and family.
